VICTORIAN students are invited to submit a statement to parliament about an issue that concerns them.

The Parliament Prize competition is open to students from Grade 5 to Year 12 and asks young people to submit a 90-second video on a topic they would like to bring to parliament's attention if they were a Member of Parliament.
