SUNRAYSIA'S agriculture sector has secured a funding boost for a free online training program aimed at upskilling new horticulture workers and helping build a reliable harvesting workforce.

Victorian Minister for Agriculture Jaclyn Symes was on Wednesday set to announce $70,000 for SuniTAFE to develop the Horticulture Farm Worker Induction Program as part of the $50 million Agriculture Workforce Plan.
