ONLY one private school in Sunraysia has opted to take up the Federal Government's offer to bring forward its July funding in exchange for returning students to classrooms.

Last week, Federal Education Minister Dan Tehan offered independent schools a share in up to $3.3 billion of advance funding if they pledged to have students back in classrooms by June.
