A MAJOR land owner in Nichols Point has lashed out at decade-long bureaucratic delays that have stymied plans for a 50-lot subdivision on his 40-acre property.

Gus Clarkson bought the land on Koorlong Avenue in 2006 with a view to breaking it up into residential blocks.
