Passed away at home on January 4, 2024, aged 69 years. Cherished son of Dick and Betty Penny (both dec). Much loved brother and brother-in-law of Bruce and Ruth, Julie and John (Green), Libby and Dale (Doherty), Susan and Perry (Hill) and Reece and Ann. Cherished uncle and great uncle of their families. Cec's funeral was held yesterday at Lower Beechmont, Queensland.
