Passed away peacefully at Mildura Base Public Hospital in the early hours of Wednesday, September 15, 2021, a week shy of his 89th birthday. Adored husband of Iris (dec) and father of Jan Fair. Dearest grandfather of Shey, Blake and Michael. Beloved brother of Betty (dec), Bob (dec), Nancy (dec), Ken (dec), and Colin. Uncle Noel to a lucky few, dear friend and supporter of many.
