DORMAN, Kenneth “John”

24-10-1935 - 20-1-2021. It is with much sadness that we farewell John (Papa) who passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family. His final innings - out for a courageous 85. Beloved and devoted husband of Mary for 63 years. Dearly loved and treasured father and father-in-law of Mark and Susan; Ross and Thananya; Lisa and Michael; and Helen. Adored papa of 13 and great papa of eight. Son of the late Manuel and Mary Dorman. Much loved brother of Brian (dec), Raylee, Annette and their families. John, My love, my life. A known blessing, given to me by a wonderful man. 70 years of love and happiness spent with my soulmate. Oh how I will miss your love. Love, your Mary. ~ To our wonderful Dad and Papa. You're at peace now after such a brave fight. The strength you displayed is something we will always remember and aspire to live up to. How we will miss you. We will always treasure the times spent seeing you in the crowd at our netball, football, cricket and table tennis games. Thank you for always keeping an eye out for new netball recruits around town, we always said you should have been on the payroll. We will always treasure the times spent with you and are so proud that you were our Dad and Papa.
