A VICTORIAN man was arrested at Renmark on Friday afternoon for allegedly breaching South Australian coronavirus border restrictions.

South Australia Police said a member of the public flagged down a patrol at about 4.45pm to report a suspicious vehicle parked near the cemetery at Renmark West.

Police said the patrol located a man sleeping in the car.
