A SPECIAL birthday celebration will be held next weekend to celebrate 45 years of the Sunraysia Toy Library.

Beginning as the Toy Box in January 1980, the two campuses in Mildura and Red Cliffs have been operating for 45 years, coming under the same banner as Sunraysia Toy Library a few years ago.
