THE Mildura branch of the Royal Automobile Club of Victoria recently celebrated the 70th anniversary of a member.

Kevin Green, 96, first obtained a motorcycle licence at 18, and then a car licence at 22, which he said was around the time he joined the RACV and sparked a lifetime of driving different vehicles
