UPGRADES at Red Cliffs and Community Aged Care Services are already benefiting residents.

Victorian Minister for Ageing Ingrid Stitt visited the service last week to announce the completion of the $191,000 refurbishment of Jacaranda Village's high-care building, known as The Manor.
