Quilty joins Cupper in slamming Basin Rail project snub

Old railway sleepers, replaced by new ones as part of the $416 million Murray Basin Rail Project, lay in a pile near Seventh Street in Mildura.

MEMBER for Northern Victoria Tim Quilty has backed Member for Mildura Ali Cupper in calling for the completion of the Murray Basin Rail Project (MBRP).

The governments last week announced a $525.8 million cash splash for road and rail projects across the state, however nothing was allocated to the MBRP.
