Brothers, Cecil and Ab Driscoll are part of the Chaffey Aged Care family and since the day they both returned from the war, they’ve never missed an Anzac Day service. Until today. COVID-19 has stopped Cecil and Ab from going to an Anzac Service this year, but their son and nephew were determined to bring a socially distanced ceremony to them. Dennis and Daryl Driscoll visited Chaffey on Friday and played the bagpipes while a wreath was laid to honour Ab, Cecil and all the other men and women who have fought and sacrificed, so we could be free.
