THE Mildura Heat Division 2 Men have signed American import Chris Carter for the 2020 Big V Basketball Season.

The 27-year-old 205.7cm forward out of Raleigh, North Carolina, played his college basketball at Long Island University Brooklyn in NCAA Division 1 before spending time playing in Canada, Germany
