ABOLISHING overdue fees has already made a positive impact on Mildura Rural City Council Library services.
The initiative, introduced on July 1, aimed to attract more people to borrow without the deterrent of overdue fees.
Mildura Library Service manager Sue Kelly said: “I have been here for 35 years and am excited about this really positive change.
