TRADITION and authenticity are the driving forces behind the food, entertainment and festivities of Mildura’s inaugural Vietnamese Fair.
In celebration of the region’s bustling Vietnamese community, this month’s event will showcase its rich culture with colour, taste and music.
One of the organisers, Amy Bui of Vietnamese Community Mildura, returned from Vietnam just last week, bringing back 500 lanterns to decorate and light up Langtree Mall in the coming weeks.
