THE Mildura Eisteddfod is thriving with more people than ever wanting to continue to support the popular event, which has showcased the talent of locals and visitors for more than 40 years.

Organsiers have been once again “blown-away” by the support they received for the annual event, which finished yesterday after 18 days of competition.

Mildura Eisteddfod president Sharen Riley said while there was limited eisteddfods now in Australia, Mildura was doing better than ever.
