A DOCUMENTARY film that aims to inspire youth and bring the dark topic of suicide and depression out of the shadows and into the light, will be screened in Mildura on Friday night.

The film Take Your Dream, produced by Team Help, follows the journey Eric Helmick and his sons, Hunter and Tuck, who travelled from America in an epic adventure to swim 2400km down the Murray River.
