THE success of an all-ages poetry open mic night has encouraged the organisers to put together Stand and Slam 2: Double Slammed which will be held tonight.

A search for poets, performers, writers, and literaries alike was put out by Arts Mildura in early May for the first event which attracted about 60 people.
