RED Cliffs' "new-found vibrancy" and the Mallee region's current art boom has encouraged one returning local to launch his own art studio, Workspace 3496.

Growing up in the area, artistic director Rohan Morris attended Red Cliffs East Primary School, Red Cliffs Secondary College and La Trobe University Mildura, before leaving to work in Sydney.
