A 54-year-old Mildura man has been refused bail for his alleged involvement in a large-scale drug trafficking operation.

He has been in custody for almost a month after being charged with trafficking 42 grams of ice as part of an ongoing police operation into a significant drug syndicate they said distributed the drug throughout the Mildura and Swan Hill communities.
