A TEENAGER who ordered online attacks on the websites of Australia's Parliament House, Victoria Police and Kids Helpline has walked away with a good behaviour bond.

Before a children's court, police withdrew 13 charges, leaving the now 19-year-old to plead guilty to one charge.
