CONSTRUCTION has started to build a temporary access track under the closed Bunnerungee Bridge on the Silver City Highway.

Wentworth Shire Council is building a side track to reduce the nine-hour detour recommended by NSW Roads and Maritime around the bridge between Wentworth and Broken Hill.
