AN oval at the Old Aerodrome Sporting Complex could be renamed in tribute of Sunraysia sporting legend John Hall when Mildura councillors cast their votes at the end of this month.

The naming proposal was put forward to Mildura Council in August and went on public exhibition for 30 days.
