MILDURA West Primary School principal Anne Robinson says while the school is grateful for $1.8 million State Government funding received in the 2018-19 budget, it is a "drop in the ocean" that will only cover the cost of building two classrooms and a renovation.

"We've basically received little bits and pieces, $40,000 here, $70,000 there as a patch-up," she said.
