ZI, the instrument-wielding crocodile in local author Courtney Lawrence's book Not Even a SNAP! gave Mildura's Trinity Lutheran College students a lesson on resilience during Book Week on Tuesday.

In the book, the musically challenged crocodile attempts to learn the violin, guitar, and piano, and falls flat until he finds his hidden drumming talent.
