A SPOKESPERSON for the New South Wales Farmers Association has warned of deteriorating conditions across south and western parts of the state, and joined calls to extend the Federal Government funding for the Regional Investment Corporation.

The extra money would ensure RIC could continue to provide access to low-interest loans for farmers.
