FOR its 30th anniversary the Mildura Writers Festival will host returning panellists as part of the Friends of the Festival Cameos panel.

“One of the wonderful things about the Writers' Festival is that it attracts a returning crowd,” said assistant director and Mildura born local Finley Japp.
