LEGISLATIVE Council member for Northern Victoria Rikkie-Lee Tyrrell visited Mildura on Thursday, July 3 as part of her travel around the upper house electorate.

Based in Shepparton, Ms Tyrrell was elected in 2022 into the fifth spot in Northern Victorian Region as an unexpected contender after the distribution of preferences.
