THE New South Wales Government’s Strategic Benefit Payments Scheme is commencing for new major transmission projects, with the scheme providing annual payments of $10,000 per year, per kilometer of transmission line across eligible land over a period of 20 years.

All eligible nation-critical transmission projects can apply, following the recent approval of the Minister for Energy’s Strategic Benefit Payment Guidelines.
