SWAHILI-speaking participants recently came together for a community-led mental health literacy session facilitated by Heart Mind Belly, in collaboration with Catholic Care Victoria.

The session held in Mildura brought 15 community members together for interactive activities, storytelling, and culturally grounded approaches, with all participants also receiving care packages
