A LOCAL Merbein Football Netball Club volunteer has been recognised as a Legend of the Tongs.

In partnership with the AFL, Bunnings put out a nationwide search to reward and celebrate the local legends in charge of the weekly barbecue at Aussie Rules football clubs.
