MENTAL Health Mallee has joined the national push-up challenge to promote mental health awareness through the endorsement of physical activity and community collaboration.

The team of six participants have now exceeded their goal of $500 raised for youth mental health and completed more than 5700 push ups so far at the time of this publication.
