THE alleged driver of a mini-bus that crashed at Carwarp killing two passengers in June last year has appeared briefly in Mildura Magistrates' Court.

Samoan national Fua Moananu, 26, has been charged with two counts of dangerous driving causing death and five counts of dangerous driving causing serious injury over the accident.
