IT might only be the middle of the year but 11 locals from the Indian State of Kerala are already making plans to help celebrate New Year's Eve at Nowingi Place with traditional musical instruments.

The group of friends from the State of Kerala make up a large part of the Mildura Royals volleyball and cricket teams.
