AN ice dealer has been jailed for nine months after a magistrate said there would be community outrage if repeat traffickers did not receive significant terms of imprisonment.

Forty-three-year-old Vietnamese national Ha Nguyen this week pleaded guilty to trafficking methylamphetamine and heroin after he was caught with drugs in a car owned by a co-accused as well as more than $22,000 in cash.
