A MAN accused of twice performing a sex act at the front of a woman's house while in full view of a security camera has been released on bail.

The Mildura Magistrate's Court heard that on one of the two occasions, 21-year-old Lindon Harris waved at the camera while performing the sex act as the woman and her two children were inside.
