MILDURA council is working on a strategic document to outline its ambitions to transform the area's transport corridors over the coming decades.

Central to the document will be a focus on advancing the long-discussed Benetook bypass, to better accommodate heavy vehicles and shift them away from the Deakin Avenue corridor.
