COMMUNITY Roadsafe Mildura will host a free basic car maintenance workshop for women this week.
The workshop will cover some of the basic necessities to help reduce the risk of a breakdown, including tyre, oil, water, coolant, battery and light checks, identifying components under the bonnet and inspection of windscreen wipers.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions to tailor the course to the requirements of women who attend.
The event will be held at Ajays, 54 Tenth Street, Mildura, on Wednesday from 5pm and 7pm and places are limited.
