THE Mildura neighbours at the centre of a racist video which made international headlines in December have been involved in another online dispute.

A two-hour dispute involving local artist Robby Wirramanda and his neighbours Robert Vigors and Karen Ridge over the entrapment of a pet cat was live streamed to Facebook on Sunday.
