THE Australian Table Grape Association says a "golden opportunity" to fix a shortage in Sunraysia's seasonal worker accommodation with the stroke of a pen has again been missed with this year's harvest imminent.
The association says growers are being "smashed" by rigid and outdated planning anomalies that were preventing growers from housing workers on their farms.
