MALLEE Track Health and Community Service (MTHCS) says it is “pleased” the Health and Human Services Department will conduct a review into its workplace culture and operations.

It follows claims by the Health Workers Union (HWU) that the service had a toxic culture of systematic and ongoing bullying.

The union said it was deeply worried by “many complaints” from its members, including allegations of retribution against individuals who had raised concerns about the service and called on the Victorian Government to intervene.
