WHEN it comes to delivering sweet, juicy and seedless mandarins, Nutrano Food Group chief executive officer George Haggar says there is “a little magic” in what they do at the Sunraysia farm.

Last season about 60 per cent of Delite mandarin sales were picked from Nutrano Sunwest, Red Cliffs, that is 13 million pieces of afourer fruit sorted from more than 80,000 bins.

As the high demand for the fruit continues to increase by 20 per cent each year, Mr Haggar said the company had its sights set on producing 400,000 trays for supermarket shelves Australia-wide.
