FORMER Wentworth footballer Kobe Mutch’s injury-ravaged season has shown no signs of abating.
Scans this week revealed the Essendon-listed 21-year-old fractured his kneecap while playing for the club’s VFL side in Sunday’s win over Coburg according to club high-performance manager Justin Crow.
“Kobe got a knock to his knee cap, which meant he was unable to complete the game,” Crow told Essendon’s website.
