THE siren had only just sounded on another Sunraysia AFL Victoria Community Championship loss but the blame game had already started.

Disappointed supporters and club officials were only too happy to share their thoughts on why Heathcote District had inflicted Sunraysia’s seventh consecutive loss at this level of football.

One club official was holding SFNL selectors accountable, scoffing at suggestions reputations didn’t play a role in team selection.
