DARETON Public School students explored their creative sides and the power of physical expression as part of the Sydney Dance Company’s National Creative Workshop Tour last week.
A total of 25 students, from grades 2 to 6, took part in the workshop, which allowed students to form connections not just with their bodies, but with their emotions and culture.
“They were absolutely loving it – I think they gave it a score of 10 out of 10 at the end of the workshop,” Dareton Public School principal Michael Coleman said.
