NINE drink-drivers have been caught on Mildura roads over the Easter long weekend in what police describe as a disappointing and concerning result.

Highway patrol Sergeant Mark McDonald said a booze bus from Melbourne had been in Mildura since Friday, detecting six drink-drivers in almost 2000 roadside tests. 

A further three drink-drivers were caught by uniformed police as part of Operation ­Nexus.
