DEALING with difficult customers is an art that can be learnt.

This is the message corporate communication experts Peter and Violet Dhu will share with local businesses during one of four workshops on effective communication to be held in Mildura next month.

Facilitated by Northern Mallee Leaders (NML), the workshop will help business owners and customer-service staff to develop skills and tools to deal with difficult situations, including difficult customers.
