IT’S all systems go at takeaway shops throughout Sunraysia in the lead-up to Good Friday as they prepare for one of the busiest days of the year.
San Mateo Takeaway co-owner Mick Ralli, who experienced his first Good Friday in the shop last year, said organisation and preparation were the keys to a successful and stress-free day.
“Obviously, being Good Friday, we know we need to order more seafood than usual because it’s so popular,” he said.
