Taking strides with strength

“THIS can’t be real” are the thoughts that have been lingering with Donna Bowman since the irreversible decision that changed her life.

In March last year, Ms Bowman’s husband Tony ended his life in the backyard of their Elaine property, leaving behind his wife and four children.

Amid the anger, heartache and grief, Mrs Bowman has found motivation to ignite conversations about mental health by leaping into a 3000km journey across Victoria.
